I want to thank Lionel and his team for a pair of great rehabs! Jobs well done. I’ve worked with Lionel’s company for a few years now on repairs and rehabs and I like that he can cover every aspect of what I need from repairs to rehabs to landscaping.
Recently, I had a 1935 build home in the Heights that I needed to make nice without too much expense. I had 3 contractors that I work with submit ideas and bids and I went with Lionel’s company. They were the middle bidder, but, I really trusted that he could do the job well, he had great ideas for a rental property, and I trusted that he could pull the carpets and bring the original hardwoods back to life. The job went great. Home looks great and the floors are the centerpiece of the home. Rented easily to a nice family.
Last year, my retired parents decided that they wanted their home brought up date from the 80s. I took bids and trusted that Lionel’s company would do the job right and be fair on price. They did a full remodel on the kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, and 2 additional bathrooms. The job included changing the color and re-staining all kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertop installation everywhere, wood flooring, paint, and a full bathroom remodel. The end result was impressive and Lionel’s team went the extra mile to make my parents happy. They are thrilled with the results and proud of their “new home”.

We wanted a new shower put in a bathroom.
We had a very tight budget.
Then Lionel came out to talk to us.
We got a whole new bathroom.
AND NO it was not from some fast talking sales.
Lionel, his team, worked super hard to give us way more than we thought we could afford.
We ended up with the most beautiful bathroom.
With each and every feature we asked for.
Again way more than we thought we could afford.
We had already gotten several offers when we first talked to him.
So we thought we knew the lay of the land.
We did not.
Okay, the result one very happy customer.
The real interesting part of the story.
They started working on the bathroom like three days before Harvey hit Texas.
We had one big hole in the house where the old bathroom had been.
We had a pile of debris in the driveway.
The storm hit Houston.
Of course, they could not come over to work during the storm.
We never thought they would.
Then the neighbors started talking.
You will never see them again, they are going to be out making more on bigger cleanup jobs now.
DID NOT HAPPEN.
Lionel called as soon as things settled down.
Had a crew in as soon as the rain stopped.
They finished up the job, cleared away every last piece from the driveway.
Great work good price.
The nicest part of working with him.
He answers his phone when you call him.
If not immediately he gets back to you in hours.
He came to the job site each and every day to check up on things.
You want quality work done at a good (fair) price call him.
If we need more work he will be our first call.
